Mezzanine Debt Provider to Supply $7.2 million in Subordinated Debt

NEW YORK, NY - March 9, 2005 - Praesidian Capital Investors, LLC ("Praesidian"), a provider of mezzanine debt for middle market companies, today announced that it provided $7.2 million in Subordinated Debt to support the acquisition of Nutritional Laboratories International, Inc.
