Norm’s responsibilities include financial analysis, due diligence and execution of new investments along with monitoring the portfolio at Praesidian Capital.

Norm has 6 years of financial investment experience, most recently he worked as an Associate at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in the Leveraged Finance Group. He completed over $2.6 billion of leveraged loans and high-yield financings for LBOs and recapitalizations in the industrial, consumer retail and healthcare industries.

Earlier, Norm’s work experience includes positions at Silicon Valley Bank and Comerica Bank structuring growth capital and asset-based loans for technology companies.

He received his MBA in Finance from NYU Stern and a BA in Economics from Vassar College.
